When you create an account or submit an ad we collect your business name, email, phone, the ad content you provide (images, video, files, text), and basic technical/usage data needed to run the service.
To review and display your ads, manage your account and payments, send you service emails (approval, payment, renewal reminders), and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Ad media you upload is stored to display on the Lakewood Circuit screens. We share information only with providers that help us run the service (e.g. hosting, payments, email) and where required by law.
You can edit or delete your ads and turn off renewals from your dashboard, or ask us to delete your account. Reply to any Lakewood Circuit email for data requests.
