By creating an account or submitting an advertisement, you agree to these Terms. Lakewood Circuit is an advertising network that displays advertisements and community information on screens in businesses and public spaces.
All advertisements must be appropriate for a frum, Orthodox Jewish community in Lakewood, New Jersey. You may not submit content that is immodest, romantic, offensive, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes anyone's rights. You confirm you own or are licensed to use everything you upload (images, video, logos, text).
Every ad is reviewed before it runs. Lakewood Circuit may edit, reject, pause, or remove any ad at its sole discretion, at any time, without refund where the ad violates these Terms.
Advertising is billed at the price shown at signup (default $100 per week per advertiser, unless a custom price is agreed). Design fees (automatic design, or designer service with or without a custom animation) are one-time and shown before you order. Your ad goes live only after it is approved and paid. If you enable auto-renew, you authorize a recurring weekly charge until you turn it off; we email you before each renewal.
You may pause or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period runs out its term.
The service is provided "as is." Lakewood Circuit does not guarantee any specific number of views, screens, uptime, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakewood Circuit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 30 days.
